I previously registered with you but I cannot logon. What happened?

Our previous web hosting company had some issues and was no longer able to provide us with the level of service we had signed up for - including our secure checkout. We quickly moved our site to a more secure and robust web hosting provider. We have already noticed quicker loading times. If you registered with us prior to April 1, 2005, you will need to re-register if you desire (our site does support anonymous purchases if you wish also), as all prior information was erased to protect our customers.

I cannot seem to get any shipping methods or amounts when I check out - what is wrong?

All our shipping methods are actual live shipping quotes from the various shippers - USPS, Fedex. Sometimes the shipping address is incorrect. If this is an International order - please ensure that your use "OTHER" for the STATE information and that you DO NOT use any spaces or dashes "-" in zip/postal codes. Please email us and we can look at your shipping addresses to ensure they are correct if you are having problems. For instance if your postal code is 3444-666 enter 3444666 or try 3444 only.

How can I pay and how long does it take to ship?

You can pay with any credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER) via our authorize.net service which is done on our secure checkout pages to ensure you data is protected. Shipping depends on your location. USPS domestic mail normally takes 2-5 days (Express versus Priority Mail.) Fedex normally takes 3-4 days to International destinations, USPS Express/Fedex International Economy normally takes 5-8 days. Please email us if you have other shipping methods in mind or would like to place a telephone order and charge to your own shipping account.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All our graphics are "print on demand" and typically we do not keep a large inventory on hand. Normally we ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. If you require a lot of custom work or if items become backordered we may have some further delays. We will inform you via e-mail if we encounter any delays beyond 48 hours of receipt of your order.
