Return Policy

 

Items may only be returned with prior advance approval from AvTraining Solutions LLC, Please e-mail us at sales@avtrainingsolutions.com or call us at (602) 690-0663 for return authorization. AvTraining Solutions LLC will not accept products that are returned for any reason other than manufacturing defect. Custom-ordered graphics once the job is underway cannot be returned or cancelled.

Shipping Charges & Taxes and Duties/Import Tariffs

 

All products may be subject to additional shipping charges and/or surcharges. We may need to e-mail you for additional shipping charges/handling charges depending on your location. Customers are responsible for paying or reimbursing AvTraining Solutions LLC for any tariffs and/or duties and taxes that may be imposed by their country of import.

 

Product Specifications

 

Specifications for all products are subject to change without prior written notice when such changes are made to improve product appearance, design or performance. Items affected in this manner are not recognized as valid reasons for return. Slnce most airline manufacturers shipped airplanes in multiple cockpit configurations, AvTraining Solutions LLC will not be held liable or responsible for variations on cockpit layouts/configurations. Additionally, errors in text, graphics and prices may occur on this website. Product colors and textures are reproduced on our web site and our products as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for the output of our customers' monitors or printers. Colors and textures represent average production runs and may vary slightly from tlme to time, depending on printer specifications and other variations.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Cancellation of an order must be made prior to shipment. Notification must be in writing via email, US Post Office, fax or equivalent, If an order has already shipped it will be subject to the return policy set forth above in the "Returns" section above. All custom sizes, logos and custom orders may not be cancelled. Orders that are made prepaid via a check, money order or credit card will be refunded by a like manner after all funds have cleared and a 5% charge for handling and processing will be deducted from any refund due. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from confirmation of cleared funds. Damaged Goods / Shortages To protect your interests, it is imperative to inspect and count articles before accepting shipment. Damages or shortages should be documented on the shipping bill. If damage or shortage occurs, contact AvTraining Solutions LLC immediately for assistance in filing a claim.

 

Special or Custom Orders

 

Custom or special orders that are "in production" or have already been shipped may not be cancelled for any reason and may only be returned as set forth above in the section.

 

Claims and Returns

 

All custom / special orders requiring artwork must be approved by customer in writing prior to start of production.

 

Estimates

 

Estimates are only valid for a period of no more than 90 days.

 

Limits of Liability

 

Customer acknowledges that AvTraining Solutions LLC's products are FOR INFORMATIONAL & TRAINING PURPOSES ONLY, and shall not be used in anyway to supercede the actual aircraft manufacturer's data, airline manuals, or other legally approved information. Customer waives any right to hold AvTraining Solutions LLC liable or responsible for any damages that may occur using any AvTraining Solutions LLC products.
